No one can legally guarantee that any item will be removed or that your score will change. Accurate, timely and verifiable information cannot be removed.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful information, to tell us if you believe any disputed item is accurate, and to keep your login details secure.
5. Payments and cancellation
Fees are shown before you pay. You may cancel within 3 business days of signing as described in our CROA Disclosure. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
6. Your rights
You may dispute information with the credit bureaus yourself at no cost. See our CROA Disclosure for the full statement of your rights.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other users' data, or upload anything you are not authorized to share.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or other consumer protection laws.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
