Privacy Policy
Effective September 17, 2026
1. Who we are
Credit Repair Ultra provides credit report analysis and prepares Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) dispute letters on behalf of consumers who purchase our program. This policy covers our website, our web app and our iOS and Android mobile apps.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and password (passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider).
- Purchase information: the amount paid, currency, date and a payment reference. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and are never received or stored by us.
- Credit report files you upload: account details, balances, payment history, inquiries and addresses contained in the TransUnion, Experian and Equifax reports you provide.
- Credit monitoring credentials, only if you choose to share them: your SmartCredit username and password, encrypted at rest and readable only by authorized staff who prepare your disputes.
- Dispute records: the letters prepared for you, mailing dates and bureau responses.
- Technical information: device type, app version, IP address and error logs used to keep the service secure and working.
3. How your credit report files are handled
When you upload a report in the analyzer, the file is read inside your own browser or app to detect discrepancies between the three bureaus. The file itself is not transmitted to our servers or stored by that feature.
Information you or our team save to your client file — such as detected items and prepared letters — is stored in our secured database so your program can be worked and tracked.
4. How we use your information
- To analyze your credit reports and identify inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable items.
- To prepare, sign-ready format, and mail dispute letters to the credit bureaus and furnishers on your behalf.
- To create and secure your account, process your payment and provide support.
- To notify you about the status of your disputes and your program.
- To comply with law, including the FCRA and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
5. We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information or your credit data. We do not use your credit data for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.
6. Who we share information with
- Credit bureaus and furnishers, as necessary to submit the disputes you engaged us to send.
- Service providers who operate the platform on our behalf: hosting and database providers, our authentication provider and Stripe for payment processing. They may process your information only to provide those services.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by valid legal process.
7. How we protect your information
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored in access-controlled databases. Credit monitoring passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and can only be revealed to authorized staff working your file. Access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your account, purchase and dispute records for as long as your program is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting and dispute-history purposes. Shared monitoring credentials are deleted when your program ends or as soon as you ask.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your information, including deleting your account and any stored monitoring credentials.
- You can withdraw permission to hold your monitoring credentials at any time; sharing them is always optional.
- California residents may exercise the rights available under the CCPA/CPRA, including access, deletion and the right not to have information sold — which we do not do.
- To make a request, email Order@CreditrepairUltra.com. We respond within 30 days.
10. Children
The service is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Mobile apps
Our iOS and Android apps provide the same service as the website. The apps request no location, contacts, microphone or camera access. If you allow notifications, we use them only to update you about your disputes. Deleting the app does not delete your account — email us to request deletion.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
